Control Z are are a Nu Skool Breakz Production Duo hailing from London. Hooking up at the award winning Pyrotechnic Radio, their first collaboration in the studio reflected their different musical backgrounds and the result was a genre busting fusion of drum 'n' bass and breakbeat. Dj Mutiny Instantly recognised the pairs prospects and signed them to his Funkatech label and began developing Control Z as artists. Their Debut Release Disko / Pain got regular plays from the likes of The Freestylers, Tayo, Deekline, Aquasky, The BreakFastaz, Autobots, Ed209, Distortionz, Sunz of Mecha, DJ Quest and many others as did their Hardcore Beats Party Anthem 'Badman'. Expect More Releases on Funkatech including 'Informa' (their collaboration with Breaks maestro Deep Impact) and their sought after dubplate ' I Can't Wait'.
